Consumable Products Notice:
The toner consumables we sell must be compatible with specific printer models. Please confirm model compatibility before purchasing. Consumable products are not eligible for return or exchange once opened or installed, except in cases of quality issues.
SECTION 3 - Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.Mas Tech Trading Co.Ltd. reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order under reasonable circumstances, such as when products are out of stock, payment is unsuccessful, there is an obvious error in pricing or inventory information, or there is a risk of fraud.In such cases, we will notify you promptly and issue a refund.Your order will be considered accepted only after Mas Tech Trading Co., Ltd. confirms acceptance.If we are unable to accept your order, any amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method.We will process your order and arrange shipment after confirming successful payment. If the order has not yet been shipped, you may contact us to request cancellation and receive a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to request a return in accordance with our Return Policy.If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number you provided when placing the order.
Your purchased items may be returned or exchanged only in accordance with our Refund Policy.
The products in this store are primarily intended for end consumers. If you require bulk purchasing or business cooperation, please contact us in advance.
SECTION 4 - Pricing and Checkout
We may update prices or promotional information, but the price of your order will remain unchanged after you place the order and will be clearly listed in the order confirmation email.All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and may include applicable value-added tax (VAT). Any additional shipping or other fees will be clearly disclosed at checkout.Prices listed in our online store may differ from prices in physical stores or online stores operated by third parties or other shops. We may offer promotions from time to time that may affect pricing and are subject to terms and conditions separate from these Terms. If the promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the promotional terms will prevail.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information for all purchases made through our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment card details (including card number and expiration date), so that we can complete your transactions and contact you when needed.
You represent and warrant that: (i) the credit card information you provide is true, accurate, and complete, and payment information will be encrypted and processed by Shopify’s payment system, and we do not store full card numbers; (ii) you are legally authorized to use such credit card for purchases; (iii) your credit card company will honor the charges you incur; and (iv) you will pay the charges you incur at the published prices, including shipping fees, handling fees, and all applicable taxes (if any).
SECTION 5 - Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after confirmation. All shipments are dispatched from the following address:7232 Khaled Ibn Al Walid, Al Sharafeyah, 2610، Jeddah 23218, Saudi Arabia,and delivered via J&T Express.Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 2–8 business days, depending on the destination and carrier conditions.We make reasonable efforts to ensure that your order is delivered within the estimated timeframe. However, delays may occur due to logistics carriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or regulatory changes. In such cases, we will keep you informed in a timely manner.
If the delay exceeds a reasonable period, you may contact us for assistance or refer to our return policy for further options. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control.The risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to the customer upon delivery and receipt of the order. If your package is lost or arrives damaged during transit, please contact us promptly. We will assist you in coordinating with J&T Express to resolve the issue.
