ASTA-SA Rewards Program – Terms and Conditions
1.Scope
This rewards points program applies to eligible orders completed on the official website at https://www.asta-sa.com (each, a “Qualifying Purchase”). This program is available only to members who have registered and are logged into their accounts, and points are non-transferable.
The currency unit is Saudi Riyal (SAR). Unless otherwise stated, all times are in Saudi Standard Time (AST, UTC+3).
2.Earning Points (Basic Rules)
Earning rate: For every 1 Saudi Riyal (SAR) spent, you will earn 2 points. (Points are for redeeming gifts offered by this store only, have no cash value, and cannot be used to offset or purchase products in this store.)
Points basis: Points are calculated based on the actual amount paid (excluding shipping fees, taxes, duties, insurance fees, gift card amounts, and any discounts/deductions).
Points issuance: Points will be credited after the order is completed. If an order is cancelled, refused, or partially/fully refunded, the system will deduct the corresponding points based on the refunded amount.
Rounding: Points are calculated at the order level and rounded to the nearest whole number. The system record shall prevail.
Multiple orders: Points are calculated and credited separately for each order.
Example A: Payment of SAR 125.60 (excluding shipping and taxes) → Points = 125.60 × 2 = 251.2 → 251 points
Example B: Payment of SAR 49.90 → Points = 49.90 × 2 = 99.8 → 100 points

3.Double Points on Major Holidays
Promotion details: You can earn double points when shopping during major holidays (i.e., base points × 2).
Applicable holidays: Ramadan, Eid al-Fitr, and Eid al-Adha.
Promotion period: The specific dates and times will be announced on the store’s website pages. Whether this promotion can be combined with other promotions will be subject to the promotion page.
Scope: Unless otherwise stated in the announcement, all qualifying purchases are eligible for double points. If an order is cancelled, refused, or refunded, the double points will be deducted in accordance with the rules.
Example: Payment of SAR 200 on a holiday → Base points 400 × 2 = 800 points

4.Referral Rewards
Reward amount: Both the referrer and the referred friend will receive 200 points. (Points are for redeeming rewards only.)
Issuance conditions: The referred friend must register through the referral link/code and complete their first Qualifying Purchase. Rewards will be issued after the order is confirmed as completed and there is no refund or dispute. If the order is cancelled, refused, or refunded, the referral reward will not be issued or will be revoked.
Restrictions:
The referred friend must be a new user who has not placed any orders before.
Each new user can be associated with only one referral relationship. Rewards will not be issued for the same device, the same payment method, or obvious abnormal order manipulation or cheating. If fraud or abuse is detected, the store reserves the right to cancel eligibility for rewards.
If the first order results in a refund or refusal, the reward will not be issued; if already issued, it will be revoked.
5.Points Validity
Validity period: Points are valid for 1 year (365 days) from the date they are credited. Unused points will automatically expire and cannot be recovered. Expired points cannot be reinstated or reissued.
Display: Your account center will show “points expiring soon” and their expiration dates. We recommend using those points first.
6.Using Points (Gifts Redemption Only)
Minimum redemption threshold: A minimum of 100 points is required to redeem gifts.
How to use: Members may redeem designated gifts using points on the rewards redemption page. Points cannot be used to offset product prices at checkout, nor can they be used to pay shipping or taxes.
Gift redemption rules: The rules shown on the rewards page shall apply. Some gifts are available in limited quantities and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Redeemed gifts cannot be exchanged for cash, no change will be given, and points cannot be returned once redeemed.
Gift Shipping Information:
Shipping methods for redeemed gifts may vary depending on the type of gift.
(1) Small gifts (such as pens, mouse pads, etc.)
They are usually shipped together with the member’s next regular order.
(2) Large or high-value gifts (such as mobile phones, computers, etc.)
They will be shipped separately and may require additional delivery confirmation or signature procedures. The specific shipping time and delivery method will be subject to the information on the rewards redemption page or customer service notice.
Transfer restrictions: Points are for use by the account holder only and may not be transferred or traded.
7.Order Changes and Refunds
Partial refund: After a refund, points will be recalculated based on the actual amount paid. Any overpaid amount will be refunded, and any underpaid amount will be charged.
Full refund: Any credited points will be fully deducted. If a refund results in a points deduction exceeding the current balance, the store reserves the right to adjust the account balance to 0 and prioritize offsetting the negative amount against future points issuance.
After-sales exchange: If the order amount changes after an exchange, points will be adjusted accordingly.
8.Exceptions and Non-Eligible Purchases for Points
Only orders completed on the official website at https://www.asta-sa.com are eligible to earn points. Orders placed through Amazon, Noon, or other third-party sales platforms are not eligible for this rewards program. Purchases made with gift cards, shipping/taxes, third-party channel subsidies, duplicate orders, or abnormal orders are not eligible for points.
If an activity announcement or product page clearly states “not eligible for points,” that statement shall prevail.
9.Account Security and Violation Handling
In the event of bulk registrations, fraudulent transactions, or points abuse, the store reserves the right, within a reasonable scope, to cancel points rewards, suspend account eligibility, or cancel related orders. If illegal activity is suspected, it will be handled in accordance with the law.
If a user fails to properly safeguard their account due to their own negligence, the user will bear full responsibility for any loss of points caused by unauthorized use of the account.
10.Rule Changes
Mas Tech Trading Co.Ltd.reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law,to adjust,suspend,or terminate the points rules.If there is a material adjustment to the points rules, we will post a notice on the website at least 7 days in advance, and the changes will take effect from the date stated in the notice.
If there is any discrepancy between the English and Arabic versions of the rules, the English version and the platform’s latest announcement shall prevail.
