ASTA-SA Points Program – Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application

This points program applies to compliant orders (hereinafter referred to as “Qualifying Purchases”) completed on the official ASTA-SA website.

Currency is in Saudi Riyals (SAR); unless otherwise stated, time is in Saudi Standard Time (AST, UTC+3).

2. Points Earning (Basic Rules)

Earning Ratio: Earn 2 points for every 1 SAR spent.

Points Amount: Calculated based on the actual amount paid (excluding shipping, taxes, customs duties, insurance fees, gift card value, and any deducted amounts).

Cash Count: Points are credited upon order completion; in case of cancellation/rejection/full refund, points will be deducted accordingly.

Rounding: Points are calculated at the order level and rounded to the nearest integer.

Multiple Orders Combined: Points for different orders are calculated and credited separately.

Example A: Payment 125.60 SAR (excluding shipping and taxes) → Points = 125.60 × 2 = 251.2 → 251 points

Example B: Payment 49.90 SAR → Points = 99.8 → 100 points

3. Double Points on Major Holidays

Promotion Details: Purchases made on major holidays will earn double points (i.e., base points × 2).

Applicable Holidays: Ramadan, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha.

Date Scope: Subject to official Saudi announcements; specific applicable dates, promotion windows, and whether other promotions can be combined are subject to the current promotion announcement/page.

Scope of Application: Unless otherwise excluded in the announcement, all eligible purchases are eligible; if the order is subsequently refunded/refused, the double points will be deducted according to the rules.

Example: 200 SAR paid on the holiday day → Base 400 points × 2 = 800 points

4. Friend Referral Rewards

Reward Amount: Both the referrer and the referee receive 200 points.

Issuance Conditions: The referee registers through the referral link/code and completes their first qualified purchase; rewards are issued uniformly after the order passes after-sales review (e.g., exceeding the platform's return period and no refund).

Restrictions:

The referee must be a new user and have not placed any orders before.

Each new user can only bind one referral relationship; rewards will not be issued for the same device, the same payment method, or obvious abnormal order manipulation or cheating behavior.

If the first order results in a full refund/rejection, the reward will not be issued or will be revoked if already issued.

5. Points Validity Period

Validity Period: 1 year (calculated as 365 days) from the date the points are credited. Unused points will automatically expire and cannot be retrieved.

Display Scope: The account center will display "Points About to Expire" and the expiration date. It is recommended to use these points first.

6. Points Usage (Redeem/Offset)

Minimum Redemption Threshold: 100 points are required to redeem points.

Usage Method: On the checkout page, select to use points for discounts (or redeem designated gifts/coupons). Specific discount rates, available limits, and applicable categories are subject to the real-time display on the checkout page.

Stacking Rules: Whether points and coupons/promotions can be stacked is subject to the checkout page's indication.

No Change Required: Discounts generated using points are not eligible for cash or change.

Transfer Restrictions: Points are for the account holder's use only and are non-transferable and non-tradeable.

7. Order Changes and Refunds

Partial Refund: Points will be recalculated based on the actual payment amount after the refund, with any overpayment refunded and any underpayment collected.

Full Refund: Points already credited will be fully deducted; if the account balance is insufficient, it may appear as negative points, and subsequent new credits will be used for deduction first.

After-sales exchange: Exchanging goods does not change the fundamental ownership of points, but if a price difference arises, points will be adjusted accordingly.

8. Exceptions and Non-Points Count Situations

Purchases made using gift cards, shipping/tax fees, third-party channel subsidies, duplicate/abnormal orders, and orders at agreed-upon enterprise prices (if otherwise agreed) are not eligible for points.

If the activity announcement or product page explicitly states "Not eligible for points," that statement shall prevail.

9. Account Security and Violation Handling

In the event of bulk registration, fraudulent transactions, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities to obtain points, the platform has the right to cancel points, freeze accounts, cancel orders, and pursue relevant legal responsibilities.

Users are solely responsible for any points lost due to their own negligence in safeguarding their accounts, resulting in unauthorized use of their accounts.

10. Rule Changes

ASTA-SA reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate the points rules within the scope permitted by law; changes will be announced in advance via site announcements/page descriptions and will take effect from the time stated in the announcement.

In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese descriptions of the rules, the Chinese version and the latest platform announcement shall prevail.
