Refund Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.The return period starts on the date you receive the item and applies to standard products that meet the return eligibility requirements.


To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.If the return is due to a product quality issue or an incorrect item being sent, we will cover the return shipping cost; if the return is for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a return label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7–14 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo or video evidence so we can address the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of consumable products (such as toner cartridges, ink cartridges, toner powder, printer consumables, etc.), items in the following circumstances are generally not eligible for return or refund:

  • Consumable products that have been opened, installed, or used (not due to a quality issue).
  • Items that are damaged, contaminated, or missing accessories due to improper storage by the customer.
  • Items with damaged packaging or tamper seals that have been removed, affecting resale.
  • Customized products or items specially procured to order.
    Exception: If the item has a quality issue, was damaged during shipping, or the wrong model was sent, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo or video evidence. We will arrange an exchange, replacement, or refund.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange for a different model or specification, the fastest way is to request a return first. Once the returned item is approved and accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.


Please note: For consumable products (such as toner cartridges and ink cartridges), if the item has been opened or installed/used, exchanges are not supported unless there is a quality issue.

Order Cancellation:

If the order has not yet been shipped, you may contact us to cancel the order and receive a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, it will need to be handled through the return process.

Refund Not Applicable

If the item is damaged due to improper use by the customer, or if the returned item is incomplete, we may refuse the refund or deduct a partial fee.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved.If the refund is approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Please note: Original shipping fees (if applicable) are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to a quality issue or an incorrect item being sent.
Consumable products are not eligible for return or exchange once opened or installed, except in cases of quality issues.
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, and your bank may require additional time for the funds to appear.
