What precautions should be taken when using a toner cartridge?

Precautions before using ink cartridges:

1. Avoid using or storing in high temperature, high humidity, or extremely cold environments. Avoid prolonged exposure to strong light."High Temperature": >35℃ for use; >40℃ for storage."Extremely Cold": ≤5℃ for use; <0℃ for storage.

2. When not in use, do not tear open the black packaging bag or open the photosensitive drum cover to avoid scratching the drum or damaging it due to strong light exposure.

3. Do not touch or rotate the drum with your hands. Pay attention to the direction of rotation. Incorrect rotation can cause toner leakage or printing stains, damaging components.

4. Do not tear off the seal on the ink cartridge before use, otherwise the toner may become damp and clump, causing print color fading.

5. When replacing the ink cartridge, it is best to use a vacuum cleaner or soft cloth to clean any residual toner or paper scraps inside the printer, avoiding blowing toner into the printer.

6. Hold the handle of the new ink cartridge and shake it horizontally 4-5 times to loosen and evenly distribute the toner. Then pull out the sealing ring. This helps to print paper with uniform color.

7. When selecting printing paper, do not use wrinkled, uneven, excessively thick, or excessively stiff paper, as this will affect print quality and shorten the lifespan of the photosensitive drum.

Please pay attention to the above issues when using ink cartridges.

To ensure that your purchased toner cartridge works properly, we offer the following suggestions for your reference: Like computers, laser printers are best placed in an air-conditioned environment for optimal printing results and to reduce the failure rate. Please insert the toner cartridge into the corresponding laser printer in the correct orientation. Do not open the toner cartridge cover or touch the surface of the photosensitive drum. Do not rotate the photosensitive drum.
