How to clean and maintain a toner cartridge?

1. First, turn off the printer power switch and then unplug the printer power cord from the power outlet.

2. Next, open the laser printer's flip cover and carefully remove the photosensitive drum assembly. Wipe its surface with an absorbent cotton pad, but do not rub too hard to avoid scratching the drum surface.

3. Next, wipe the photosensitive drum surface with an absorbent cotton pad soaked in a special photosensitive drum cleaner. Wipe in a spiral circular motion, and immediately dry with the absorbent cotton pad after wiping.

4. After wiping, gently pat the drum surface with a gauze pad soaked in talcum powder to coat it with a layer of talcum powder.

5. After cleaning, put the ink cartridge back into the machine and then close the printer cover.

6. Then turn on the printer power switch to allow it to operate normally.
